We want you to love your Saben purchase, but if it's not quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is in original condition, unworn, and within the 14-day return window from the date of receipt.

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original dust bag and box, then attach the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
