What is your return policy for online purchases?
We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached and packaging included. Please note that sale items are eligible for store credit only unless deemed faulty.
How do I care for my Saben leather handbag?
To maintain the longevity of your leather, we recommend using a high-quality leather conditioner every 3-6 months. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and moisture, and store your bag in its original dust bag when not in use.
Do you offer international shipping outside of Australia?
Yes, we ship globally. International shipping costs and delivery timeframes vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes.
